Brand, Content & Community Internship

As our Brand, Content & Community Intern, you’ll work closely with Kuuma’s Head of Marketing to help grow and shape the brand.

You’ll help bring our new brand identity to life, create content and campaigns, support events, and contribute ideas for new concepts, collaborations and programming.

From a content shoot on the beach to a sauna event in the city. From a TikTok to a brand activation. There’s a lot of variety, and plenty of room to make your mark.

About Kuuma

Kuuma brings Scandinavian sauna culture to the Netherlands in a new and innovative way.

What started as an idea during a sauna session in Scandinavia has grown into a fast-growing brand with saunas in unique locations across the country. From urban waterfronts and harbours to beaches and natural landscapes.

A visit to Kuuma is about relaxation, connection, adventure and feeling truly alive again.

Our team designs and builds the saunas ourselves from our workshops in Arnhem and Oslo. Today, you’ll find Kuuma at more than 14 locations across the Netherlands.

What you’ll do

• Help bring the Kuuma brand to life across different touchpoints
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels
• Spot trends and turn them into creative ideas
• Contribute to campaigns, activations and brand storytelling
• Support outdoor content shoots in unique locations
• Assist with influencer and creator collaborations
• Help develop new concepts, events and community programming
• Think creatively about local visibility and relevance
• Set up local partnerships, for example with yoga studios and like-minded communities

Who we’re looking for

• You’re studying marketing, communications, creative business, media, design or a related field
• You’re creative and enjoy turning ideas into reality
• You have a good eye for branding, visual content and storytelling
• You’re active on social media and naturally keep up with trends
• You’re proactive, independent and eager to learn
• You love the outdoors, nature, sports, wellness or community-building
• You’re happy to occasionally travel for shoots, events or activations

Location

Arnhem (expected at least one day per week), with the rest of the internship being flexible and hybrid.
