A gift card covers one full sauna session – member or not. Good to know: membership benefits and discounts cannot be combined with a gift card. Any remaining balance cannot be carried over to a next session, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Our saunas are pop-ups – in summer they sometimes make way for a terrace, returning in autumn. Which locations are currently open can always be found on our website. As soon as we know new opening dates, we’ll share them straight away. Your membership cannot be paused during a temporary closure.

6. Stick to your booked time slot for arrival and departure.
7. Please leave the sauna clean for the next visitors.

Yes, children are welcome — under the supervision of their parents. Hydration, duration, communication, and cooling down are essential. Please be mindful of other guests.
For safety reasons and due to limited space, every person present must have a valid ticket.
1 to 2 days prior to your booking, you will receive a 4-digit door code from us. If you book within this timeframe, you’ll receive the notifications within a few minutes to half an hour. The code will be sent via both email and SMS — be sure to check your spam folder!
At the sauna entrance, enter the code followed by the # key. The door will then unlock. Make sure to remember your code in case you want to step outside to cool down.
Some of our locations remain open year-round. At other locations, we collaborate with local partners only during the colder months. And in summer, the space may be used for things like outdoor terraces. During the summer period, those saunas get a well-deserved break and are maintained.

Since our saunas operate autonomously and there is no host on site, we kindly ask you to bring your own towels.
The intimate setting calls for respectful interaction. Please be mindful of other guests when it comes to volume and conversation topics. Some guests appreciate connection, while others value silence. By checking in with each other, the most meaningful connections can arise.
Due to height differences, the saunas are not accessible for individuals who use a wheelchair.

If you’ve lost or forgotten something, we kindly ask you to contact our local partner. They visit the sauna several times a day and collect all lost and found items at the bar or reception.

No, only drinking water is allowed. However, before or after your session, you’re welcome to enjoy a drink or a bite at our local partner.
No, there are currently no lockers. The front door of the sauna is always locked. Leaving your belongings is at your own risk. You can often leave valuables at our local partner.

For most saunas, the maximum capacity is 6 people, or 8 people if you book the entire sauna for your private group (“book entire activity”).

You can change your booking—such as the location, date, or time—up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund.
