1. Where are the saunas located?
Kuuma Weelde located in the garden of Weelde. Marconistraat 39, Rotterdam
Kuuma Kallumaan is located at Netl Camping Kallumaan in de Noordoostpolder. Leemringweg 19, Kraggenburg

3. What does Kuuma cost?
A drop-in ticket for 1 hour costs €12,50.
A group booking of 1.5 hours for 8 people costs €90 off-peak and €110 during peak hours.
4. What are the opening hours?
Kuuma Kallumaan is open every day from 7.00 until 22.30.
Kuuma Weelde is open every day from 10.15 until 22.30.
5. I want to change or cancel my reservation, is that possible?
Yes, that is possible. Click on the link in the confirmation email of your reservation. It is possible to change your booking to a different location, date or time up to 24 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel your booking before 48 hours of the start of the reservation, you will receive the full amount of your booking back. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours in advance of your booking, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
6. Can I change on location?
Kuuma Kallumaan has a small changing room inside where you can change with a maximum of 2 people at the same time and an outdoor changing room.
Kuuma Weelde has a small changing room inside for max 4 persons. Feel free to change outside if you feel like it.
7. What should I bring?
Swimwear, two towels, slippers and a bottle of water.
8. With how many people can I use the sauna?
For group bookings the saunas have a maximum of 8 people. For drop-in bookings the saunas have a maximum of 6 people.
9. Is there drinking water in the changing room?
Yes there is a tap in the dressing room, drink enough!
10. Is there a hot shower?
No, there is only a cold shower on the outside of the sauna.
11. Is there a restroom in the changing room?
No, not in the sauna itself. Visitors can use the facilities of our partners.
12. Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, you can only bring drinking water.
13. How hot is the sauna, and can I adjust the temperature myself?
The sauna is set to 80 degrees as standard, by pouring water on it you can temporarily raise the temperature.
14. Can I go naked in the sauna?
No, we ask you to please wear swimwear.
15. Are you allowed to swim near the sauna?
You can swim in the water at Kuuma Kallumaan. At Kuuma Weelde you can’t swim.
